To help you, I have tried to answer most of the questions you may have. My name is Trevor Lowrie and my practice is based in a calm residential area. I'm easy to find, with convenient off road parking or a short walk from Shenfield station.
I work with many diverse problems, such as anxiety, bereavement, depression, stress and worry. Helping couples or individuals who are going through a bad time, finding communication challenging or who are working through a separation or divorce perhaps after an affair. Maybe you have problems with debt, mental health, or teenagers struggling at home or at school. Counselling can help.
I am experienced in all aspects of counselling. I am a qualified Relate counsellor. I started counselling with Relate in 1988. As part of my work with Relate North East London, based in Langtons in Hornchurch up to August 2011, I have worked with clients within the NHS, young people in three comprehensive secondary schools and people with relationship problems.
I work with couples, individuals, young people, helping them address and resolve difficult areas in their lives. I work within a standard code of ethics. Offering you confidential short-term or longer-term counselling, I work with all personal issues or difficulties.
